Bild
Hi everyone! We've got a bit of time this morning, so we're going to start answering some of your questions from Sunday's episode. Stay tuned! #ATOW #Outlander Q. Was Murtagh wearing his bit of tartan from Ardsmuir pinned to his chest for the Regulators meeting? A. Thank you! It was! Great addition by @OutlanderCostum Q. Why did you decide to revive Murtagh AND make him a Regulator? A. The decision was made back in season two because, well – everyone needs a Murtagh. It was challenging to integrate the character into the storylines, but we think we have something intriguing for you. You’ll just have to watch to find out😁 Q. Does the dog make it to the end of the season ? it’s stressing me out thinking he’s going to die. A. Don't stress. Rollo is fine 😄🐶 Q. The native Americans you casted did they agree with your writing and presenting them? Had they any influence while filming? Imho they are portrayed fabulously also thanks to @OutlanderCostum great designs but the

Twitter Q&A very shortly. Come join. Can I just request that you don't ask multiple questions so that I can get through as many people as possible. Don't be bloody greedy! 😉 Also, let's try and avoid spoilers, bookreaders. #AskRichardRankin #outlander #Q&ASAREAWESOME OK let's do this!! #AskRichardRankin #anythinggoesexceptspoilers #outlander #life Q. Do you think Roger should marry Fiona and fill the manse with baby Wakefields, stay in 1970s and run a safe B+B in Inverness??? A. Why Roger hasn't come to this conclusion already is beyond me. Maybe he still will?! We aren't even half way through the season yet and Brianna seems to have disappeared... Q. Do you think Roger should just find himself a Scottish lass? and save himself a hell of a lot of trouble or is Bree worth it all A. I see a pattern emerging...who says Scottish Lassies aren't going to cause just as much, if not more heartache for the man?! Q. Do you think playing Roger Mac in the 18th

Writers Q&A EP 403 The false bride

Bild
Happy Tuesday everyone! Answers to your #FalseBride questions are coming your way! #ATOW Q. Where did you get those vintage Dairy Queen cups and wrappers? A. The #Outlander Art department is the best! Q. How did you film the storm? The rain looked so real. A. It's one of the few times we’ve ever had to use a rain machine. Q. Did @RikRankin have prior guitar/singing experience? Such a lovely song at the gathering!! A. @RikRankin does know how to play, but he put in a lot of hard work for this scene. And we are biased -- but he was brilliant. Q. Why did Claire’s boots zip? A. She brought them from the future 😁. Q. Were wood figures burned at gatherings & who made the decision to use a giant stag? A. We chose the stag because it’s the emblem of the Frasers. We try to keep J&C alive even in scenes they aren’t in. Q. Why wasn't there a Q&A after #DoNoHarm? A. @mariadkennedy did an excellent one with @Outlander_STARZ . Unfortunately, we aren’t going to be able to do

What did you all think? This season, 'Ask the Outlander Writers' any questions you have with #ATOW, and we'll answer them on Tuesday! #OutlanderPremiere Hello, everyone! We're here on voting day in America the Beautiful to answer some of your #ATOW questions from these last few days. Q. Was the voice-over of Ray Charles during such violence meant as a political statement, a foreshadowing, both or neither? A. Neither. Use of the song was planned from the beginning, long before we even knew our premiere date. Originally, it was supposed to be instrumental, but we didn't think it would be as recognizable. Q. Why did you remove the fact that land grants were only for protestants and that granting one to Jamie, a Catholic, was a huge thing the governor can hold over him when he wants something? A. In all of our research, we couldn't find anything that stated it was an issue for Catholics to own land. There were other things, such as holding office, that they were
